Life can be hard and many of us weren’t given the tools to manage the big, and even everyday, challenges in life. I’m here to help with that.
It can be scary to talk about the problems we are facing, and I’m honored that my clients share those intimate details of their lives with me. So, I work to create an environment that feels warm, safe, and protected to make it as easy as possible.
I’m a relationship specialist, so whether it is individual, couple, or family therapy, I strive to care for and assist my clients as they create relationships that are healthy, satisfying, and rewarding.

I successfully work with people who are interested in improving the quality of their lives whether they are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship turmoil, or difficult life transitions. About Me
I have a strong Christian Faith that is central to my life. However, I am welcoming to all faiths.
I am the mother of two grown kids, and I am passionate about family.
I have always had a deep desire to help people
I have a very spoiled goldendoodle named Callie.
I have been through marriage and divorce, therefore, I understand first-hand the complex thoughts and feelings that accompany those experiences.
I have attended therapy, so I know what it's like to sit in the other chair!
I have enjoyed humor throughout my life and my favorite Comedian right now is Leanne Morgan.
I am an LPC-Supervisor which means that I guide, counsel, educate and support counseling associates working toward full licensure.
I have received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from St. Edward’s University.
Supervision
I am happily accepting new LPC Associates for supervision working toward their full licensure. I see adult individuals, teens, couples, and families. I work through an attachment-based lens (utilizing CBT, Family Systems, Psychoeducation, etc.) with a focus on relationships. I have certifications in Gottman (Level 1), Trauma, and Christian Counseling. I am also trained in Shame Resilience, ACT, and EFT.

My supervision fee is $275 per month which includes individual, dual, and group supervision.
